Refund Policy

Pitambari Product & Services strives to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of digital products and API-based services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Subscription and Payment
All payments made for NextAstroAPI services, including subscription plans, API usage credits, or developer access, are processed in advance based on the selected plan or service usage.
Once a subscription or credit package is activated and API access has been granted, it is considered delivered digital service.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service or subscription.

Technical Issues: If the API service is unavailable or non-functional due to a confirmed issue on our side and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Billing Errors: If an incorrect amount was charged due to a billing mistake.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchasing a subscription or API credits.

Partial usage of API credits or services.

Misconfiguration or implementation issues from the user’s side.

Suspension due to violation of our terms of service.

Expired subscription periods.
Because NextAstroAPI provides digital API access and usage-based services, once the service is used it may not be eligible for refund.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:

The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will prevent future billing, but it will not automatically qualify for a refund of the current billing period unless it meets the eligibility conditions listed above.
